VITRA — Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026 · Applies to the VITRA game for Android · Published by Craftex Labs.

VITRA is a game about breaking glass to music. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat and no friends list. This page explains exactly what data the game handles, and why.

What stays on your phone

Your progress (scores, levels cleared, ranks, Shards, Prisms, Lenses, ghost runs, settings) is stored on your phone (and, if you use it, in your phone's own Google backup). Cascade Clips you record are saved to your phone's gallery only when you tap Save, and are shared only when you tap Share and choose where to send them. Uninstalling the game deletes it from the phone.

Anonymous gameplay stats

To learn whether the game is fun and fair, VITRA can send anonymous gameplay events to our analytics provider, GameAnalytics. These include: runs started and finished, the level, score, highest combo tier reached, how close to the beat Resonance was released, whether a clip was shared, Shards earned and spent, rewarded ads watched, and purchases made. Each event carries a random ID created by the game on first launch (not your name, email, phone number or advertising ID), the game version, your phone model and Android version. Like any internet service, GameAnalytics also sees the IP address the events come from.

You can turn this off at any time: Settings → Gameplay stats → OFF. After that the game does not contact GameAnalytics at all, and events not yet sent are discarded.

Rewarded ads

Some rewards are available by choosing to watch a video ad (for example, continuing a run). Ads are always optional and are never shown when a run fails unless you ask for one. When ads are served, the ad network we use may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information to show and measure ads, under its own privacy policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's Google settings. [Ad network name and its policy link to be added when one is connected.]

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details; Google tells the game only that a purchase succeeded so it can unlock what you bought.

What we don't do

Children

VITRA is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
